Script For Moorside Trailer

Script For Trailer

Beginning of the trailer:

Channel 4 Announcement for beginning of the trailer:

Beginning of trailer: “Tonight on Moorside”

End of trailer: “At 6:00o'clock on 4.”

*-*-*-*-*-*

During the trailer:

Priest: Do you (name) take (name) to be your lawful wedded Husband?

Bride: I do.

Priest: Will you love, respect and honor her throughout your years together?

Groom: I WILL.

Priest: Do you promise to love and cherish her/him, in sickness and in health, for richer for poorer, for better for worse, and forsaking all others, keep yourself only unto her/him, for so long as you both shall live?

Groom: I DO
Bride: I Do

I have chosen the wedding vows for my script because the trailer will involve a shocking wedding, the name of the bride deliberately hasn't been announced in this script because that is the whole idea of the trailer, to find out who the mysterious bride is for viewers at home. It will attract many target audiences who fall under the Blumer and Katz (1974) theory as they will watch the trailer and be excited for the script for their own personal reasons (Personal Identity, Diversion and etc).
